China Holds Airshow in Zhuhai

The 14th China International Aviation and Aerospace Exhibition also known as Airshow China 2022 opened on Tuesday in Zhuhai, Guangdong province.

Scheduled for November 8-13, the airshow boasts an indoor exhibition area of one hundred thousand square meters, as well as more than 100 airplanes displayed outdoors.

The event was kicked off with a series of stunts by the Chinese People's Liberation Army (PLA) Air Force, showcasing an array of aircraft at the airshow including new models of fighter jets and tanker aircraft.

One of the fighter jets is J-20 is China's indigenous fourth-generation medium and long-range fighter jet which was first publicly displayed at the 11th Airshow China in November 2016.

In addition, China's first home-developed Trunk Jetliner C919 made its first public appearance at the airshow with 15 minutes flying over the airshow venue.
